Dr. Brant Wommack is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist who grew up in western Kentucky. After completing medical school at the University of Louisville and radiology residency at the University of Colorado, he completed a musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Wommack practiced for five years in Portland, Oregon (both in academics at OHSU and private practice at Adventist Medical Center) before joining CORA in 2015. He brings to the group all aspects of musculoskeletal imaging, interpreting all joint MRI’s as well as musculoskeletal CT, ultrasound, and radiographs. In additional to performing musculoskeletal procedures such as bone biopsies and joint injections, Dr. Wommack also performs a variety of additional imaging guided procedures such as drain placements, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and biopsies of the lung, breast, thyroid, kidney, and liver.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, teaching his children to ski and mountain bike, playing piano, fishing for steelhead, and attempting to play basketball and ice hockey.
